What happens to fishes and other under water fauna at this temp?
BTW the poll this time was really close. You can see that all options have been selected. :)
Means you're excellence makes people hard to decide.
What happens to fish under ice? Interesting question. They sort of go into hibernation and move slower. Sea is never totally frozen and there is always oxygen under the ice. In lakes and ponds the fish have harder times but they survive. No problemo for fauna. Besides, with these warm winters there won´t be much ice on sea or lakes anyway. That can actually be worse for fish and fauna that is used for ice.
I meant fish and fauna is waiting for ice but ice doesn´t come.
